Formerly Alma-Ata and capital until 1997, the “city of apples” (alma in kazakh) remains the largest, most developed, most ethnically and culturally diverse city in Kazakhstan and the main economic center of the country.

The SEZ PIT is located on the Alatau micro-district, which is part of the Medeo district of the city of Almaty. South-Kazakhstan region borders with the Republic of Uzbekistan. On its territory passes the international transit corridor "Western Europe" - "Western China" and transnational motorways: Tashkent - Shymkent - Taraz – Almaty; Tashkent - Shymkent - Turkestan – Samara. Former russian strategic fort, divided by the river Oural and considered as a junction between Europe and Asia, the city was known as Guriev between 1708 and 1992. Atyrau is now a hub for the oil-rich Caspian Depression; many oil wells have been drilled in the Tengiz Field and Kashagan Field areas. An oil pipeline runs from Atyrau to Samara, where it joins the Russian pipeline system. The Atyrau region’s share of the country’s total GDP reached 10.6% in 2013 and its gross regional product (GRP) per capita is the country’s largest.

3. The city of Aktau and the Mangistau region

Mangystau region is a land of ancient civilization, an archeological open-air reserve. Economical growth of the region was entailed by the fact that in 1950s geologists found rich deposits of uranium, oil, gas and a unique geological diversity of mineral resources. Today the region is one of the most prosperous in Kazakhstan, with a population growing with immigration.

Originally planned as a camp for the workers of the oil industry, Aktau, “Pearl of the Caspian sea”, is the second largest city in western Kazakhstan, the country's main seaport on the Caspian Sea and the capital of Mangystau Region. Aktau is also a coastal city with all prerequisites to become a transportation and logistics hub in Eurasian system of commodity and technology exchange. Aktau could be considered as the Western Gate of Kazakhstan, an important connecting link at the crossing of TRACECA and North-South transportation corridors. The city attracted the biggest players of the oil service industry such as Schlumberger, Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Tenaris, Arcelor Mittal… The region’s share of the country’s GDP reached 5.5% in 2013.

If a legal entity at the time of filing is not a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is not registered as a taxpayer the Republic of Kazakhstan, it seems a copy of a certificate of absence of state registration as a taxpayer in the tax authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Foreign legal entities are legalized documents referred to in subparagraphs 2), 5) and 6) of this paragraph, legalized extract from the commercial register or other legalized document certifying that the foreign entity is a legal entity under the laws of a foreign country, with a notarized translation into Kazakh and Russian languages. Astana is the new and modern capital of Kazakhstan since December 10, 1997. Astana's strategic position at the heart of Eurasia contributes to its transport and logistics potential. More than 96% of freight traffic passing into Astana is in transit.
